Abosn DuraMat offers a full range of market leading heavy duty composite ground protection mats for temporary access roadways, trackways, and working platforms delivering a safer work environment. Made from prime of Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene, DuraMat Heavy Duty mats are hard wearing and robust.
DuraMat Heavy Duty ground protection matting consists of a range of construction methods to suit every construction, infrastructure, utilities, or events project. DuraMat Heavy Duty mats feature an optimized anti-slip traction pattern, molded into the top surface, that allows personnel, vehicles, and tracked equipment to work safely in any environment or terrain. With its strategically positioned hand holes DuraMat is easy to off-load from trucks or pallets and easy to move and deploy around the site by two workers. This makes it ideal for both short and long term projects.
DuraMat has a unique surface, comprising track pattern , which substantially improves the grip and forward motion of vehicles and plant and reduces sideway slippage, even in the most challenging weather or ground conditions. DuraMat is chemically inert, avoiding leaching of possible pollutants, and is non-conductive making it ideal for use in transmission projects. DuraMat heavy duty ground protection mats have a load bearing capacity of up to 600 psi*.
Application Area：
Our heavy duty DuraMat is suitable for the heaviest of loads up to 150 tons and can be used to create track ways and compound working areas for a wide range of industries including construction, oil drilling industry ,power transmission, renewable energy sites and infrastructure works.
